The Diocesan Respect Life Commemoration Mass of the Holy Innocents will be held at Holy Apostles on Monday, December 28 at 5:30 pm for those who have experienced the untimely death of a child due to miscarriage, accident, illness, abortion, or violence. During Mass, participants will have the opportunity to light a candle to commemorate a lost child. The Holy Innocents recalls the murder of boys under the age of two by King Herod. This feast has been celebrated in the West since the fifth century.
