This weekend is the Diocesan Ministry Appeal Commitment Weekend. The Diocesan Ministry Appeal helps provide the funding necessary for the important ministries and programs within our Diocese. Many ministries are solely funded by this appeal, such as the Newman Center, Catholic Schools and Tuition Assistance, Young Adult Ministry, Continuing Education for Clergy, Diaconate Formation, Pastoral Formation, Seminarian Formation, Capuchin Mall Ministry, Catholic Charities, Hispanic Ministry, Parish Support Grants, Partners In Housing, Prison Ministry, and Respect Life Ministry. All households are encouraged to participate. This appeal allows us, as one faith community, to fulfill God’s call to discipleship by sharing the Gospel message in word and deed, serving each other with mercy and love.
